The concept was originally concieved by fellow Aussie punter John Pringle. He was often disappointed that he was getting some good winners but was not getting the value return he would like from Dutch betting. Welcome to the creation of Multi Bets. As mentioned above the beautiful thing is all horses that are included in the multibet are staked the same amount, so rewards for higher priced horses, and of course the low odds horses return less than they would in Dutching. John, being handy with figures then created a staking method to build into the Multibets concept. Multibets, is designed to bet 1, or 2 or 3 horses per race. While Multibets can be used on horses, harness, dogs and sports, this Bot is for Thoroughbred horses only. So that is gallops races including jumps races. It excludes Harness and trotting races. The software will bet any Betfair covered races around the world. Plus it can be used in the Win or Place market. What the Bot offers.It is split into three options to use. 1. Auto Betting option (allows three separate strategies). You set up a strategy and the bot will bet and stake it according to the instructions you have given it. 2. Manual Option. If you want to bet your own selections and mix up whether you want 1 or more horses in a race that is all do able in the Manual mode. It places the bets and stakes the bets according to the MultiBets prinicple. 3. Tailored Option. If you have maybe 10 or more races you what to bet multiple horses in over the days racing, then you can pre program your selections, and the bot will select and stake then accordingly. You can nominate a Fav price limit if the race ends up with a strong fave. Say you have a limit of 3.00 as the minimum price the fav can be if it is 2.95, then the race will be by past and the bot will wait for your next race.
And you can use the manual option also whilst your auto options are running or not running. And also have the tailored option running, so the possiblility is you can have 2 tailored sub bots running in the race and 3 auto bets, plus a manual bet, however this would rarely be the case.

In the Auto Multibet 1, I am running it on Australia and New Zealand races. Using a starting bank of $50.00, starting with a bet percentage of 0.50% of the bank. And betting the 1st and 2nd Fav, as long as the fav is between 2.50 and 5.00 and the second fav is 3.00 and 8.00. And betting in the Win Market. Plus I have my Bank B starting at the 2nd losing race and Bank C at the 4th losing race. And this is on autopilot, the races are refreshing as the day progress. You can see that we can bet Australia, New Zealand, Great Britain, South Africa, Ireland and others which covers France, USA etc any races covered by Betfair.) $42.21 was on Auto Bot Bets,and $6.10 on a few manual bets made.
These are the settings I am using.

Multi Bets, keeps you in the race, and when the results start going your way the bank grows. That was not the end of the day..We switched the bot to UK & Ireland reset the bank. But I forgot to restart Auto MultiBet 2 so missed out of more profit. A lot of small fields today, and we have our settings at 7 horses minimum. $9.12 Profit all while I was asleep.. Making from a start bank of $174.86 On Auto Bet $51.33 Profit. That is not one bet by me all done by the Auto Mode of the Bot. And Manually on the Aus races $6.10 extra Profit. So $57.43 a Growth of 33% New Bank $232.32
Tailored Bets (Your selections entered ahead of the races.)
In the Tailored Bets option (you have 2 Tailor bets tabs). This option you pre program the selections you want in todays racing, and you can change opdds etc, and if any of the horses you have selected don't make the odds range then the race is not bet, not only the horse but all the horses in the race. The race below would be bet as the horses are all within the odds range we have,
Where as this race would not be bet if run now.
We have Young Henry at 4.60 so outside the odds range of 5.00 to 100, so not only is the horse not bet, the other horses are not bet either. All horses must be within the odds range, in this case 5.00 to 100.00 We can set individual odds range for each of our selections, should we chose. The First Fav restriction if ticked.
For a race to be a betable race if the First Fav Minimum box is ticked the race will need the Fav to be that price of better, even if the fav is not one of the selected horses. In the Scheduled Tailor Bets Tab you can see the bets you have programmed for the day.
This tab lets you know the horses and when they will be running. You can cancel bets from here before the race starts if you wish. The Tailor Betting Option Explained.
